MHWC 10 Year Manufactured Housing Warranty Program The MHWC Warranty gives you peace of mind that your new manufactured home has been built to quality standards. The MHWC warranty is your assurance that covered defects will be corrected. MHWC offers a written, insured, ten-year warranty designed specifically for the manufactured housing industry. The MHWC warranty clearly identifies the covered items, limitations and exclusions and also include procedures for resolving warranty issues. This can save time and reduce costly litigation. A manufactured home with the MHWC Warranty has 10 years of major structural defect protection. Additional MHWC coverage for major systems, workmanship and materials may be provided by the builder and/or Manufacturer.
